EXCHANGES

Your exchange shipping costs are at your expense.

Terms & Conditions. You can request an exchange if:

  • your or your purchased items are in perfect condition (no traces of wear, no stains).
  • your or your purchased items are in its/their original packaging.
  • you send us a video showing all the angles of the product in question testifying to the good condition of the article in order to validate your exchange request.
  • exchanges are possible against other item(s) of price equal to or higher than the price of the item(s) purchased beforehand and subject to availability.
  • items purchased on promotion and/or stored as well as items offered in our Outlet, are not exchangeable.
  • Pre-order items are not exchangeable.

1. Procedure for routing your exchange:

  • the procedure for transporting your exchange is provided by our logistics partner in charge. You only have to follow the instructions provided in return for e-mail (make sure you have read the Terms & Conditions mentioned above).

Items with a manufacturing defect reported no later than three (3) days after receipt, will be subject to a quality analysis to determine the said defect upstream of a possible return for free exchange. Do not hesitate to consult our CGV Article WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS for further information.

RETURNS

2. Refund Procedure:

  • once the item(s) are received, they will be subject to Quality Control. Once validated, you will receive your credit note (if desired) or refund of the purchase price directly to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. During Sales periods, it may take 1-2 additional business days for returns to be processed.

Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 7 days of the date of purchase. Items returned damaged and/or worn, or outside this period, will not be accepted and therefore no refund will be made.
