Jimena Villamizar was born in the closest altiplano to the south american stars. However, it is in the city of light that she grows.

Architect-Designer, her brother directs she spontaneously towards the professions of Fashion & Creation since 2008.

The same year in Bogotá, her hometown, Jimena launched her first ready-to-wear collection focusing on the Bag, her favorite accessory.

Time later, Jimena moved to Paris and gradually began to climb the fashion ladder by working for several emblematic retailers of the French luxury market: Le Bon Marché, Printemps and Galeries Lafayette experiences enriched by her talent and then welded her 360° vision of the profession.

Alternating field and academy, sailing between France and Colombia, Jimena finally succeeded in mentoring creative talent to entrepreneurial ambitions and launches in early 2020 the french-colombian fashion label VILLAMIZAR BRAND in Paris.

VILLAMIZAR with its cosmopolitan models and by Maaria with her ancestral colombian touch, are now the flagships brands of the label.
