PRE-ORDER PROCESS

1. You've had the crush on our novelty and you want to reserve your trendy bag / accessory before it is put on sale?

2. Check out our website, "Trend" section you can pre-order your bag / accessory trend.

3. Your pre-orders are generated and sent to our Production Division in Colombia.

4. The Colombian workshop-headquarters receives the Production Order. The manufacture of your trendy bag / accessory is launched.

5. Making your trendy bag / accessory takes about 2-4 weeks (working days). Once ready and after passing the quality control, it is carefully packed, the package prepared, then leaves the workshop-factory to start the way until being delivered to you through our logistics partners.

Depending on the destination country, the delivery time is calculated and then fixed.
